If you purchased your subscription online directly from Autodesk, you can make changes any time in Autodesk Account.* Sign in to get started
In your account, go to Billing and Orders > Order History. Click Align Payment Dates. Subscriptions eligible for alignment will be grouped together; just select the ones you want to synchronise, then click Align.
In your account, go to Billing and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts. Select a product to show subscription details. Click Add Seats under the seat number; choose the number of seats to add, review your payment information and submit your order.
In your account, go to Billing and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts. Select a product to show subscription details. Scroll down to the Renewal Details section. Under Term, click Change. Select your new term and click Confirm.
*Note: This feature is available only for products purchased directly via the Autodesk website – or in some cases, with Autodesk Sales – in the US, Canada, Europe or Australia.
Renewing your subscription is easy. When you renew before your subscription expires, you maintain special renewal pricing – typically, 10% less than buying new at the regular price. Go to Billings and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts. Select a product to show the subscription details.
