Factory Design Utilities comes with an asset builder that walks through the creation of your 2D and 3D assets for use in factory layout designs.
There isn't a limit to the size of the factory layout. The number of models can be over a million depending on the hardware used to load the assembly. Also, the use of simplification tools in Inventor are recommended for reducing fine details in equipment that will be used in large factory layouts.
Recipients of Navisworks data can download a free version of the software called Navisworks Freedom. They can perform walkthroughs and save views from the factory layout.
