What are my subscription options?
If you are an individual artist or small studio rendering on a local network of workstations, your best option is to get a monthly, annual or 3-year single-user subscription from the Autodesk e-store. Upon subscribing to Arnold, you will be prompted to create an Autodesk Account where you can access your subscription.
If you are using Arnold on a render farm and require multi-user licences, you can purchase annual and 3-year multi-user subscriptions from an authorised reseller.
Arnold is also available for pay-per-use on the following cloud rendering platforms: AWS Thinkbox Marketplace, Microsoft Azure, Zync Render on Google Cloud Platform and Conductor Technologies.

What do you mean by single user?
With a single-user subscription, it is now possible to simply sign in to your Autodesk Account to access and start using Arnold. Single-user subscriptions require the Autodesk licence to be assigned to a single named user. Whereas multi-user access allows licences to be shared across multiple workstations using a network licence server, a single-user licence can only be used by the named user. With single-user access, you need to connect to the Internet every 30 days and sign in to the software so Autodesk can verify that the subscription is still current as well as keep the software up to date. There is an in-product reminder three days prior to having to reconnect.

How do I convert my Arnold free trial to a paid subscription?
Launch your trial software and click Subscribe Now on the trial screen or visit the Arnold Subscribe page. When buying your subscription, enter the same email address and password combination you used to sign in to your trial. Learn more about converting a trial to a paid subscription.

Where can I get an Arnold perpetual licence?

Which versions of Arnold can I use if I subscribe to the current version?
Your Arnold subscription gives you access to install and use the three previous versions. Available downloads are listed in your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com after subscribing. See also previous releases available for subscribers.

Can I install Arnold on multiple computers?
With a subscription to Arnold software, you can install it on up to three computers or other devices. However, only the named user can sign in and use that software on a single computer at any given time. Please refer to the Software Licence Agreement (US site) for more information.

How do I stop auto-renewal or cancel my subscription?
Sign in to manage.autodesk.com, select Billing & Orders, click Edit Payment and turn off auto-renew. Your subscription details will then list an expiry date instead of a renewal date. Your subscription remains active until the expiry date.

Minimum OS requirements:
- OSX 10.11 or later
- Windows 7 or later, with the Visual Studio 2015 redistributable
- Linux with at least glibc 2.12 and libstdc++ 3.4.13 (gcc 4.4.7). This is equivalent to RHEL/CentOS 6
- CPUs need to support the SSE4.1 instruction set
- Optix™ denoiser requires an NVidia GPU with CUDA™ Compute Capability 5.0 and above
- Arnold GPU works on Linux and Windows and requires an NVIDIA GPU of the Turing, Volta, Pascal or Maxwell architecture.

Autodesk LT Family Product licenses are eligible to be submitted for AutoCAD LT Family and AutoCAD Product licenses only. The customer agrees to discontinue use of these submitted perpetual licenses.
