The challenge: Create toolpaths for simultaneous multi-axis cutting.

Complete the required activities:

  • Create a CAM milling setup.
  • Machine as much of the part with 2.5 and 3-axis toolpaths when possible.
  • Explore rotary, unwrap and multi-axis toolpaths.
  • Use Machine Simulation to validate stock removal.
